Do you ship the order globally?
Sorry, currently we only ship to the United States and Canada.
What is the shipping cost?

How long does it take to received the order?
It depends on your choice of shipping services. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (not included weekend or holidays). It will take between 4-7 business days for Stantard Shipping, 1-3 business days for Expedited Shipping.
Can my order be changed if a mistake is made?
We tried to process each order as soon as possble. If you need to make a change to your order, you may do so if the order has not been processed and shipped. Please contact us by email as soon as possble if you would like to make or change to your order. (Include your order number and the product(s) you would like to change) We will notify you if we are able to changed the order if it hasn't been processed.
Can product(s) be return or exchange?

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order status and the package tracking number included. If for any reason you have not receive your shipping confirmation / status email, please contact us and we will get the issue resolved.
Can multiple coupon codes be use on same order?
Unfortunately, only one coupon may be used per order.
